Technical Service Officer - Pekanbaru Area

Job Descriptions:

Calibrating, installing, maintaining, and repairing B. Braun’s medical devices.
Handling complaint from customers related to product technical aspect.
Training the customers about B. Braun’s medical devices usage.
Assisting Sales and Marketing divisions in product technical aspect.
Professional Competencies:
Diploma 3 degree majoring in Electromedic Engineering.
Have a valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) Elektromedis.
Minimum 1 year of working experience as Electromedic Engineer / Medical Device Engineer in Medical Device Company.
Have a good technical knowledge.
Able to communicate using English.
Able to operate electrical tools.
Skills: Time management, task management, customer service.

Personal Competencies:

Strong analytical thinking.
Effective communication.
Achievement drive.
Willing to work in high mobility.
