Customer Happiness Specialist


PT Teknologi Media Medika are looking for a Customer Happiness specialist that goes beyond answering chats, trains customers to use products, and beyond managing customer accounts. You truly help health facilites to give society the best health care.
  • Become an expert on how Assist.id works and it’s day-to-day usage, helping our customers understand the features and all of the benefits pertaining to their specific needs.
  • Respond to customer support inquiries and monitor the incoming tickets in all of our support channels.
  • Train customers to use our products and services, make sure they understand how to maxisime their operations through our features.
  • Provide an amazing, personalised experience to each customer. Meaningful, personalised replies with love and care injected into each message.
  • Analyse customer feedback while continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience.
  • Assist our Content specialist in building knowledge base/support data such as training materials and FAQs
  • Identify common customer challenges and proactively find ways to improve our product and processes
  • You are the heart of our reputation and ensure feedback flows to all teams in order to improve.
  • Strive to give every customer the Assist.id Experience we can truly proud to be a part of. Let our customers feel heard and happier after the interaction with our team.
Qualifications
  • Understand the concept of Cloud and Saas
  • 2 years experience as a Customer Care or a similar role in the Sales Department.
  • Tech savvy and hungry to improve technical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experienced in CRM or Ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Own a personal vehicle and a laptop.
  • Humble and friendly person who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems.
  • Ability to travel for work
  • Willing to work at Pekanbaru
